What is MST?

Mental Skills Training (MST) puts into practice psychological principles of human performance to help individuals and teams consistently perform in the upper range of their capabilities and find enjoyment in the performance process. In the same way that an athlete must condition their body to meet the needs of performance, MST “conditions” our brains to meet our performance needs. AND performance not just in sport, but in everyday life, too!

MST can help athletes, groups and teams, coaches and leaders, and organizations to build skills to promote motivation, uphold important values, set goals, achieve goals, set new goals, manage distractions better, build resiliency and stress management techniques, manage our mindset, and celebrate our successes.
